The attached map provides a location description for the lands, land schedules for each property together with the contact information for the respective area Land Negotiators.

Process and Guidelines
- All proposals and offers should be directed in writing to the designated area Land Negotiator responsible for the particular development team;
- Preference will be given to earning proposals with firm drilling commitments; and
- Agreements finalizing all transactions shall incorporate Penn West's precedent farmout, asset exchange or purchase and sale agreement(s).
All offers will be reviewed and subject to further negotiations and final approval by Penn West's senior management.
